WHO WE ARE

ABOUT DAYSPRING

At Dayspring Christian Center, we believe we are more than a gathering of people. We are a community of believers, growing together in faith, fellowship, and purpose. Community means we do not walk alone. We encourage one another, strengthen one another, and help one another grow closer to God. Just as Scripture reminds us that iron sharpens iron, we believe that when we come together in love, unity, and truth, we become stronger.

Dayspring is called to be a church that reaches beyond the walls. We believe the love of Jesus was never meant to stay inside a building. It is meant to move through our families, our neighborhoods, our city, and our world. Like the church in the book of Acts, we desire to be led by the Holy Spirit, committed to the Word of God, and active in seeing lives changed through the power of the gospel.

We value genuine relationships, heartfelt fellowship, and spiritual growth. Our desire is to extend grace to the lost, the broken, the hurting, and the hopeless, pointing them to the hope that is found in Jesus Christ. At Dayspring, we believe that together we can grow stronger, love deeper, serve faithfully, and help bring lasting change to our community.

A Community of Believers

OUR MISSION

At Dayspring, we are more than people who gather for worship. We are a community of believers committed to growing closer to God and to one another. Through fellowship, encouragement, and shared faith, we believe we become stronger together. As Scripture teaches, iron sharpens iron, and we value the relationships that help us grow, mature, and walk faithfully with Christ.

We are grounded in the Word of God and led by the Holy Spirit. Our desire is to be a place where grace is extended, lives are restored, and those who are lost, hurting, or without hope can discover the life-changing hope found in Jesus Christ.

OUR VISION

At Dayspring Christian Center, we believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the foundation for all we believe, teach, and do. Guided by Scripture and empowered by the Holy Spirit, our purpose is to share the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and help believers grow as faithful disciples.

Our vision is to bring the light and truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ to those in darkness through fellowship, evangelism, conversion, discipleship, church membership, training, and service. Together, we seek to build strong believers, serve our community, and glorify God in all we do.

OUR BELIEFS

We believe that through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, we receive forgiveness, new life, and a fresh start with God. Salvation calls us not only to believe in Christ, but to surrender our lives to His will and follow Him faithfully.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the head of the Church and that every believer has a place and purpose within His body. Through the Holy Spirit, God gives gifts to believers so that the Church may be strengthened, equipped, and built up in love.

We are a Bible-believing church. We believe the Word of God is our authority for faith, worship, and daily living. We believe in the power and significance of the Church, and we value the regular gathering of believers for worship, fellowship, spiritual growth, and encouragement.
